Willem grew up on the family ranch in the Free State of South Africa. Hunting, fishing, and a love of the outdoors has been his passion and a way of life since early childhood.
Willem brings to Witkop Safaris his vast knowledge of South Africa's wild game, flora, and fauna.
A Professional Guide and Hunting Outfitter in his own right since 2002, he has hunted just about every plains game species that Southern Africa has to offer, as well as the Big Five. Willem's key to success lies in his love for the outdoors and his willingness to share his knowledge with new friends.
